As stated on the home page I use Birch Hosting to host my sites. I have a reseller agreement with them to allow my customers complete flexibility. Sometime when redesigning a site or even when first writing it you may need more space compared to when it is stable. As I have a reseller account it gives me the flexibility to so this. Most sites only take up 1-2 Gb when finished. 

Email accounts can also be provided and they will work fairly well, but unless you pay for a robust service such as Microsoft Exchange then email delivary may end up in spam unless you develop your domains email reputation.

I also get domains through them too. No need to go to a major supplier as they are a fixed price depending on your top level domain (i.e. .com, .co.uk etc)
